My latest read has been Dr. Phil's book named Family First. As some of you close to me know, I love Dr. Phil. I have however been a little disappointed lately with how commercial he has become.
He is nevertheless one of my favorite self help people out there. I pretty much agree with every thing that ever comes out of his mouth.
As for the book, it was wonderful. It was very predictable, just what you expect him to say about saving the family in these days of crisis. But really it was a great book and I am so glad I read it. I give it an A for sure.
Unfortunately he presents the goal for the ideal, or "perfect" family. This is never going to be attainable...but I think all of his suggestions are completely worth the work and I think if we follow the plan of this book in our lives as we raise our families we can come out pretty well and think back and be glad about the way we raised our family.
