MY GARDEN

I promised Kiersten and Ariane some pictures of my gardens this year. I love working in my gardens, but I learned a lot of things I am going to do differently next year. Live and learn.

Part of my flower garden:
Vegetable Garden:
Now the truth is these are not MY tomatoes, they happen to be my mom's. I wish I could take the credit. Are these not the most amazing tomato plants you have ever seen?!?!

You can see part of my corn, tomato plants, and part of another one of my flower garden areas. (and don't forget the yellow jacket trap!)

Our apple tree (we also have a pear tree)

My vegetables! (corn, egg plant, squash, zucchini, cucumber, carrots, corn, romaine lettuce, and tomatoes!)

SUMMER EVENINGS

We love to spend our Summer evenings over and Grandpa and Grandma Monson's every Sunday.

CONNER AND KENNADY

Conner and his cousin Kennady were born the same week....altho Kennady was a bit earlier than expected. TWO AND A HALF MONTHS EARLIER! Grandma Sylvia says they were following the rules of "Ladies first."

Cody and Melissa surprised us at Olive Garden for dinner when we thought Sylvia and Claci were the only ones coming from Washington to visit. We walked into Olive Garden for dinner and SHOCK!!! Cody and Melissa and Kennady were there. What a wonderful surprise.
Conner and Kennady got along great as you can tell.....I think they are going to be great friends.

COREY'S LIFE CHANGES FOREVER!!!

Today Corey got Lasik surgery on his eyes. He has been wanting to get this done for over three years, after consultations with four different eye surgens he finally found a doctor who felt they could do it for him.

He was in lots of pain right when he got home and the numbing drops wore off, but he is feeling pretty great now.

ALAKSA

Corey's trip to Alaska with the Monson boys. Let me tell you he had so much fun.

Conner the BUG

Growing up way too fast if I do say so myself. I can feel his two bottom teeth starting to come up and it makes me sad to think how fast he is growing up.
This kid is the funnest kid in the world.

(I am not one for hats on babies, but Grandma took this picture while she was babysitting one day and it is pretty cute is it not?!)
